The opportunity
Unser Cardholder Service Team ist für die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen rund um die Kredit- und Debit Karte spezialisiert. Dazu gehören die Antragsbearbeitung, die telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung, das Reklamations- und Betrugsmanagement und das Mahnwesen.
Für die Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort an unserem Standort in Frankfurt neue Kollegen und Kolleginnen, welche neben dem Studium gerne bereit sind bis zu 40 Stunden in der Woche zu unterstützen für 3 Monate.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Schriftliche Kundenbetreuung von Karteninhabern verschiedener Banken, zum Beispiel bei Kartensperrungen und Erstellung von Ersatzkarten
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen zum Kontostand, Umsatzdetails, Ablehnungen von Zahlungstransaktionen, Kartenkündigungen und weiterer im Zusammenhang mit dem Einsatz der Karte stehenden Fragestellungen
- Einhaltung der vereinbarten Teamziele, wie beispielsweise die telefonische Erreichbarkeit für die Karteninhaber und die Abwicklungszeiten von schriftlich eingehenden Aufträgen
Who are we looking for
- Gültige Studienbescheinigung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrungen im Einsatz von MS Office-Anwendungen
- Kommunikationsstärke & ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
