Tribe Lead (m/f/d) - SEPA Batch Product (Sales-Oriented)

The Opportunity

As Tribe Lead SEPA Batch, you own end-to-end responsibility for the delivery and the success of the SEPA Batch product (Run & Build), high quality of operational stability, with a strong focus on revenue, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.

 

You will lead multiple chapters across locations worldwide and be accountable for the economic performance of the product line.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

Sales-Focused Core Responsibilities

 

  • Responsibility for the P&L of the SEPA Batch product line; active revenue and cross-sell strategies in collaboration with Sales
  • Up-/Cross-Sell initiatives, value-based selling, clear ROI communication
  • Close collaboration with Key Accounts and Sales/SEPA teams, build value propositions, manage bid/RFP processes
  • Market and competitive analysis to derive product and pricing strategies, position as the preferred SEPA Batch partner
  • Alignment with other tribe leads and the CRO to deliver customer-centric end-to-end offerings
  • Collaboration with Product Management and Pricing teams on proposals, SOWs, SLAs, and pricing structures
  • Lead transformation initiatives from the customer perspective, ensure realized value
  • End-to-end responsibility for service delivery (Build & Run) with a focus on on-time delivery and customer expectations

 

 

Leadership & Sales Responsibility

 

  • Lead all chapters of the SEPA Batch Tribe, talent development, and performance reviews
  • Build strong customer relationships, regular reviews, transparent communication of progress and value
  • Close alignment with other Tribe Leads and the Division Head to achieve your sales targets
  • Ensure ethical behavior and regulatory compliance

  • Demonstrated successes in payments/SEPA environments
  • Deep understanding of SEPA Batch processes, experience in client management, and proven success in a sales context
  • Leadership strength: Experience with multi-location teams and talent development
  • Very strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments; willingness to transform
  • Proactive, strongly results-oriented, with high economic thinking
  • 5+ years of industry experience in payments
