The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Executive - Payment Gateway Integration Support with 2-5 years of experience to support merchants with payment gateway integrations and resolve technical challenges across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Support: Assist merchants with payment gateway integration across ASP.NET, Java, PHP, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve payment gateway issues in UAT and production environments.

• Merchant Engagement: Interact with merchants to understand requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and verify integration prerequisites.

• Payment Systems: Support various payment options including wallets, UPI, net banking, and card gateways.

• Environment Management: Create test environments and support production deployment processes.

• Documentation: Review Merchant Integration Documents, update FAQs, and maintain technical documentation.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience: 2-5 years in payment gateway integration or payment processing.

• Programming: Basic proficiency in .NET, PHP, Java, HTML, and SQL.

• Payment Gateway Architecture: Understanding of PG architecture and transaction processing.

• Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with web and mobile payment integrations.

• Database Skills: Knowledge of SQL queries and database administration.

• Communication: Strong English language skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
