Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Director to lead presales initiatives in the fintech industry with specialized focus on payment solutions. This role demands technical expertise in solution selling and proven ability to drive sales enablement through compelling demonstrations and strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical presales activities including solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals and technical responses to RFPs.

• Design and deliver compelling presentations for C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

• Support sales cycles with technical expertise and competitive positioning strategies.

• Develop presales methodologies and best practices for payment technology solutions.

• Create technical collateral, case studies, and demonstration environments.

• Partner with product management to influence roadmap based on client requirements.

Must-Have Experience:

• Minimum 7-12 years of progressive experience in fintech presales with payment products focus.

• Proven expertise in technical solution selling and complex sales support activities.

• Previous leadership experience managing presales teams and technical specialists.

• Deep technical knowledge of payment processing, APIs, and fintech integration architectures.

• Understanding of fintech regulatory landscape and security compliance requirements.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Ideal Competencies: • Hands-on experience with payment gateway implementations and technical integrations. • Knowledge of emerging payment technologies, blockchain, and fintech innovations. • Multi-language capabilities and international market experience. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
