The Opportunity

Within the Digital Services division of equensWorldline, the Trading & Financial Information (TFI) department is involved in the design, development, and hosting of transactional applications that demand high performance and reliability for our clients in the financial markets, banking, and insurance sectors.

You will be integrated into a team responsible for operating RUN delivery services for its clients in the finance and insurance sectors, notably for Boursorama SI, Onvista and La Mondiale. The main objective is to support the clients daily in executing service requests and resolving incidents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Daily relationship with the client
• Delivery and execution of service requests at the client's request
• Monitoring of platforms and incident resolution
• Continuous improvement of our processes
• Creation / Updating of operating procedures
• Use of market software (Axway gateway, Secure Transport, and Dollar Universe scheduler)
• Close relationship with PS teams and FLS
• Management of platform obsolescence
• Enjoying a pleasant working environment (a small team, dual monitors, easily accessible location via public transport, sports facilities, employee committee, etc.).

• With a master's degree, you have a convincing track record in operating RUN delivery services.
• Language capabilities: English (fluent), French (fluent)
• You possess expertise in build and run processes with strong client relationship support.
• If you have foundational knowledge of market software (Axway gateway, Secure Transport, and Dollar Universe scheduler).
• You demonstrate a good level of autonomy, solid interpersonal skills, curiosity for new technologies, and a strong commitment to quality work.
• An interest in the financial sector would be an advantage.
