The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Delivery Manager to join our Risk Technology Team. Joining our organization as a Business Delivery Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects and work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Plan, lead and oversee project/service delivery activities and release
- Coordinate a team and ensure smooth collaboration
- Monitor delivery progress, KPIs, risks, and dependencies
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
- Support resource planning and capacity management
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery governance
- Drive process optimization and operational excellence
- Prepare delivery reports and status updates for management
Who are we looking for
People who have a professional approach, being constructive and finding solutions in the best interest of the business. You are a quick learner and self-starting, showing drive and initiatives supporting business goals. A great teammate who supports their team and puts the business objectives first. You also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
- Proven experience in delivery management, project management, or program management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively process and structure large amounts of information.
- Experience managing end-to-end software/product delivery lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with delivery planning, estimation, and risk management
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into delivery plans
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
