The Opportunity

We operate complex systems that ensure that credit card payments work quickly and reliably. Together with you we would like to develop the payment systems of tomorrow.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes, dashboards, metrics, and analytical methodologies.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics tool (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Availability for paid on-call sessions if needed
- Previous experience working in Agile environment, Oracle Database knowledge are nice-to-haves
- Experience with reporting tools as Webfocus and Card payment/ processing knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
