The Opportunity
Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience. We cover the full retail value chain, online and in-store, through a complete approach, delivering a real digital journey for retailers and their customers and facilitating consumer engagement, via seamless services, on any device – with payment at the heart of the shopping experience.
Such activities require sound IT security practices and are subject to regulatory requirements, such as for example sensitive data protection or monitoring merchant accounts for activity that might be linked to money laundering or terrorist financing. Worldline is currently looking to hire a IT Security Analyst, within Merchant Services Global Business Line.
Objective
- Serve as an advisory expert in the implementation and maintenance of Cyber security requirements.
- Identifying solutions to align to the security directives set by the MS 2nd line security organization.
- Implementing security best practices, including the follow-up on patch and obsolescence processes
- Support Devops team, providing input with security best practices.
- Providing input to build secure products (software) – secure by design.
- Manage, steer and control our 3rd party security providers.
- Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency, introducing new methodologies while refining existing ones for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across departments for efficient security measures.
- Ensuring these security best practices are embedded in the business projects and operations.
- Participating to operational committees to ensure security requirements are met.
- Ensuring implementation of identified mitigation actions a defines in the Risk Treatment Plan.
- Handle security incident response activities.
- Review Network Security Controls.
- Assisting to security certifications, audits and security assessments.
- Understanding vulnerability and penetration test reports to be able to discuss with internal customers.
- Reporting to MS Head of 1st Line of Defense – Benelux.
Activity
- Manage Security projects - Roadmap execution and coordination, budget follow up.
- Lead or Contribute to Cyber Security programs with Subject Matter Experts.
- Drive and Monitor Cyber Security services delivered by Worldline Sec Ops teams and ext. managed services: Vulnerability scans, Penetration tests, Threat intelligence, Security Operating Centers (SOC), Incident Response (CSIRT).
- Monitor and test SOCs, introduce innovation solutions and ensure effective End to End processes.
- Organise Offensive Security and Red Team activities.
- Contribute to the Worldline ISMS and objective settings on Security Operations related matters.
- Drive Security initiatives and collaborate (Security insight) with teams responsible of Security Operations (Asset Inventory, Secure configuration, IAM, Vulnerability management, Log management, Malware defenses, Data recovery, Network defense) and other stakeholders (Architects, GBLs, ..).
- Manage the urgent patch process for critical vulnerabilities - Activation and coordination with all stakeholders.
- Define/monitor Incident response and organise Security Problem management in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
- Manage Cyber Security Crisis as part of the overall Worldline Crisis process.
- Define and Test Major Cyber Incident scenarios.
