As we continue our transformation into a product-led company, we are seeking a skilled Product Director to lead the One Commerce solution serving top-tier merchants.

 

The Role
As the Product Director for Enterprise Gateway, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the One Commerce product suite. You will drive product development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with both customer needs and market trends. This role is central to our journey of becoming a product-led company and requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision: Set and communicate a clear product strategy for the One Commerce solution, ensuring alignment with the needs of enterprise customers and the company's overall business objectives.
  • Build for Scale: Work closely with customers, engineering, and sales teams to build and deliver enterprise-grade payment solutions that meet the demands of large, complex organizations.
  • Lead a High-Impact Team: Manage and mentor a team of talented product managers, fostering an environment of collaboration, ownership, and high performance.
  • Deliver Results: Drive the product roadmap from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of new features and enhancements that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure seamless product delivery and create a cohesive end-to-end experience for our customers.
  • Customer Focus: Work directly with enterprise merchants to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and prioritize development efforts that deliver real value.
  • Adapt and Scale: Bring a strong sense of ownership to navigating the complexities of scaling product solutions in a fast-moving, global business environment.
  • Drive Transformation: Be a key player in Worldline’s transformation to a product-led company, championing agile methodologies, customer-centric thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

 

Who You Are

  • Experienced Product Leader: You have 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of managing successful product teams.
  • Payments Expert: Deep experience in the payments or fintech industry, with an understanding of enterprise solutions and global payment ecosystems.
  • Strategic and Analytical: You can develop a strategic vision and have the data-driven mindset to make informed decisions that drive product success.
  • Customer Centric: You thrive on understanding customer needs, turning them into product improvements, and delivering meaningful value.
  • Collaborative Leader: You are an excellent communicator with strong cross-functional leadership skills, able to influence and inspire teams across the business.
  • Fluent in English and French: You are proficient in both languages, capable of navigating complex international environments.
  • Hands-on: While you’re a big-picture thinker, you are also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dive into the details when needed.
