Opportunity

The activities are largely focused on payment (terminal) applications, but extend to related topics as terminal integration in customer cash register environment, payment protocols and compliancy standard, Value Added Services, new technologies and other payment solutions.

We offer an interesting position in a quickly moving field (concerning business and technology) in a very exciting environment.

Responsabilities

The offered position includes the following activities:

Business Analysis of new requests/demand

• Clarify the demand with requester/clients/partner
• Check together with the Product Manager MS that the request is in line with the product evolution strategy
• Lead the estimation study and propose solution(s)
• Collect estimates / planning approach / business opportunity (provided by requester) + review
• Align with interfacing systems on feasibility and best practice solution
• Follow-up with requestors and project stakeholders
• Management of appropriate activities in our toolchain (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Business Analysis of new requests/demand

• Driver for the prioritization of the different demands in the given portfolio
• Together with Project Managers follow-up of the Quality Gates in the delivery cycle
• Ensure Project Manager organizes demo to our team and requesters

Issue analysis and product technical support on

• Issues being raised on production environment (during validation and field pilot/deployment)
• Issues being raised during validation on test environment
• Provide expertise and support to MS and MS partners on the target products

Who you are?

• Engineer or Software developer with major interest in driving our engineering activities (Master degree)
• Ideally experience in application development & testing (preferably embedded)
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and networks
• Drive for knowledge and technical skills
• Innovative attitude and technology minded
• Strong aptitude for analysis, a results-oriented worker, problem solver
• Interested in quality
• Fluent in French and English
• Customer oriented
• Excellent team spirit
• Dynamic technological driver
• Good communication skills
