Country Manager and Head of Sales, Thailand

Strategic Leadership & Business Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for the Thailand market to achieve growth targets.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.Act as the primary representative for the company in Thailand, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.Sales Management & Execution:Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing of deals.Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, and report on performance to the executive team.Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and results.Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and customer-centricity within the sales team.Team Leadership & Management:Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.Country Operations:Oversee all country operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal compliance (in collaboration with APAC teams).Ensure all business activities comply with local laws and regulations.Manage the country's P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external matters related to the Thailand Business
