The Opportunity
As a Contract Collection Specialist, you will have a chance to be a part of a fast-growing team of Specialists in Enterprise who are working with our Sales Team and Merchants, and advise them on their queries, as well as support the smooth document collection and verification process. If you enjoy working on diverse projects and have exposure to various tasks as well as using your foreign language skills daily, this role is for you!
Day-to-day responsibilities
- You perform quality checks on the documentation packages for Enterprise Merchants (assuring the Documentation package’s compliance with Legal requirements, RISK requirements, and Onboarding (set-up) requirements)
- You provide expertise concerning the completeness of the onboarding contract package documentation and successful onboarding know-how.
- You provide Preconsulting services (including online meetings and exchanges daily)
- You advise on filling in missing contract details and provide answers to contract questions.
- You ensure the fulfillment of customer data and bank data information (KYC/AML documents)
- You are responsible for collecting risk documents from merchants.
- You take part in meetings with different Stakeholders (Sales/Onboarding Team/Risk) and Merchants (email and telephone support)
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show what’s next – people with passion, a can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice, this means:
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Previous experience in KYC / AML / Customer Care would be an asset.
- English and Polish at a good level, plus knowledge of German or French (writing and speaking fluently)
- Previous experience in a payment transactions environment (acquiring and merchant services) would be an asset.
- Team player with an international mindset
- Problem-solving, detail-oriented, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization
