Contract Collection Specialist with German or French

The Opportunity

As a Contract Collection Specialist, you will have a chance to be a part of a fast-growing team of Specialists in Enterprise who are working with our Sales Team and Merchants, and advise them on their queries, as well as support the smooth document collection and verification process. If you enjoy working on diverse projects and have exposure to various tasks as well as using your foreign language skills daily, this role is for you!

Day-to-day responsibilities

Contract Management Excellence

  • Perform quality checks on the documentation packages for Enterprise Merchants (assuring the Documentation package’s compliance with Legal requirements, RISK requirements, and Onboarding (set-up) requirements)
  • Provide expertise concerning the completeness of the onboarding contract package documentation and successful onboarding know-how.
  • Ensure the gathering and check of all the contract information when a new contract arrives including required KYC/AML documents.
  • Provide Preconsulting services (including online meetings and exchanges daily)
  • Advise on filling in missing contract details and provide answers to contract questions.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of customer data and bank data information (KYC/AML documents)
  • Be responsible for collecting risk documents from merchants.
  • Handle requests from the risk team and exchange with merchants and/or sales
  • Provide answers to contract questions.
  • Take part in meetings with different Stakeholders (Sales/Onboarding Team/Risk) and Merchants (email and telephone support)
Operational Excellence
  • Actively provide relevant input in problem solving activities and implement agreed solutions.
  • Search and suggest areas for process improvements in their respective field of responsibility.
  • Contribute actively to the department's/team's SLA.
  • Build strong relationships with your team and other internal stakeholders to ensure that you can grow your knowledge and confidence as well as to help you resolve customer request with highest service quality in the most efficient way.
  • Be involved in pre-sales activities to ensure correct and efficient setup of new onboardings.

Who Are We Looking For

  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Previous experience in KYC / AML / Customer Care would be an asset.
  • English and Polish at a good level, plus knowledge of German or French (writing and speaking fluently)
  • Previous experience in a payment transactions environment (acquiring and merchant services) would be an asset.
  • Team player with an international mindset 
  • Problem-solving, detail-oriented, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization
