Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local training coordinators to facilitate the deployment of learning activities, providing administrative support.
  • Administrative Support on LMS Administration: Deliver LMS support, including catalogue management, course management, item & class creation, registration follow-up, closing classes with attendance and cost tracking, and managing registrations for external classes. Ensure that all necessary resources and information are available for effective planning and execution of learning sessions.
  • Learner Support via WLSD or Functionnal mail box: Implement and enhance learner support mechanisms through the World Learning Services Desk (WLSD), ensuring that learners receive timely assistance and access to resources that enhance their learning experience.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Check learner feedback regarding courses. Liaise with local training coordinators to ensure corrective actions.
  • Reporting Capacity: Assist the team in following up on learning activities and ensure timely reporting of local training initiatives to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Finance follow-up: purchase requests in the procurement tool, purchase orders follow-up, invoices checking
  • Specific follow-up for internal training delivery: attendance sheets and satisfaction surveys management
  • KPI follow-up: Produce and track learning KPI: budget, absenteeism, specific training and populations.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelores/master's in business administration, Human Resources, Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing learning and development COE with a demonstrated track record of running learning operations, preferably in IT company.
  • Proficiency with the SuccessFactors SAP LMS is essential. Certification would be a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset, capable of both working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision when necessary.
  • Good service delivery experience desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. French required (written comprehension and expression)
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables,formula as well as proficient in other Microsoft 365 applications, including MS Teams and the Office Suite.
