The Opportunity

We are looking for an AI/ML Specialist with strong expertise in AI technologies and solution design, with cloud experience. You will lead AI solution design, model implementation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Location: Pune/Bangalore/Chennai

Experience: 6+ Years

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to ensure scalable and secure AI deployment.
• Perform model evaluation, optimization, and monitoring for performance.
• Guide business teams on AI use cases, feasibility, and best practices.
• Maintain documentation, governance, and compliance for AI solutions.

Primary Skills:

• AI/ML frameworks and platforms (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Model development, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analytics
• AI governance, ethics, and compliance

Secondary Skills:

• Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Containerization and orchestration for AI workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (SageMaker, Azure AI, Vertex AI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• AI certifications preferred (Azure AI Engineer, Google AI, OpenAI specialization)  Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
