Technicien informatique – Support niveau 1 :


Dans le cadre d’un renforcement de nos équipes, au sein d’un groupe leader dans son domaine d’activités, nous recherchons un technicien informatique profil Support niveau 1.


Vous serez amené à répondre aux questions diverses des clients et les accompagner dans la résolution de leur problème technique au sein d’Ingenico Prepaid Services. Vous procéderez tout autant à des résolutions techniques sur les outils internes qu’à apporter des solutions aux questions plus générales de nos collaborateurs.
