The Opportunity

 

Good exposure in Digital banking and Sound knowledge in Card as well e-Payment Industry with good experience on merchant acquiring operations like Scheme clearings and settlements with recon solutions. It is great opportunity who is looking for job for developing their carrier and also work with such encouraging and dynamic team.Reconciliation is a process of comparing the transactions reports and activity to support the management for MIS reports and converting the transactions into accounting form, to helps banks for their internal general ledgers to account properly.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly receipt of funds settlements of  Aggregators banks, balancing, Cash Position / flow, reconciliation, and verification.
  • Monitor daily objects and processing within settlement time frame to ensure no financial loss. Ensure that Bank’s Compliance and Regulatory procedures are followed.
  • must assess all the tasks on team agenda, prioritize them appropriately and come up with an efficient strategy for completing them.
  • Handling the exceptions, deferrals and ensure closure within timeline  and ensure MIS and reports are sumbmitted in a timely manner to the clients / reporting manager.
  • Identify the manual activities, process efficiencies & developments, by providing practicals ideas on areas of improvements and work towards its automation.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Minimum of 0-3 Years of experience in handling the Reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Acquiring/Payment/NBFC Industry (Acquiring preferred)
  • Working experience in clearing and Settlement of scheme like  VISA / MasterCard / Rupay
  • Keep track of ongoing projects, support bank and co-ordinate with WL internal teams until closure.
  • Co-ordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Good communication skills & co-ordinating with clients and internal team.
