The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The IT Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and will collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to implement solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Monitoring the performance of RPA bots and ensuring that they are functioning as intended.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with RPA bots, including technical issues and process-related issues.
• Performing regular maintenance and updates on the RPA infrastructure to ensure that it is up-to-date and functioning optimally.
• Collaborating with RPA developers and other stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to the RPA infrastructure and processes.
• Maintaining documentation and records related to the RPA infrastructure and processes.
• Ensuring that RPA bots are compliant with the organization's security and access policies.
• Staying up-to-date with developments in the field of RPA and incorporating new techniques and technologies into the RPA infrastructure as appropriate.
• Additionally Support Project mapping 
• Support Project Analysis and JIRA updates
• Conduct Huddles
• capture KANBAN and impediments

Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
