The solutions our people build today power the growth of millions of businesses tomorrow. From your local coffee shop to unicorns and international banks. From San Francisco to Auckland. We are in every corner of the world, in every part of commerce.  And just as we help our customers accelerate their business, we are committed to helping our people accelerate their careers. Together, we shape the evolution.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our automation roadmap with a specialist who combines Robotic Process Automation (RPA) expertise with intermediate AI/LLM capabilities. This role will enable intelligent process automation across Corporate IT and Global Management Units (GMUs), tackling complex, cross-functional tasks to drive organization-wide operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automated solutions across Corporate IT and GMUs using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI/LLM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to identify, prioritize, and scope automation opportunities that deliver measurable value.
  • Integrate AI/LLM models to enhance decision-making, data extraction, natural language processing, and exception handling within automated processes.
  • Build robust, scalable, and secure automation architectures, including process discovery, process mapping, workflow orchestration, and error handling.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components, libraries, and governance artifacts (standards, security, logging, versioning, reusability).
  • Implement AI/LLM-assisted content understanding, document processing, chat-based automation, and intelligent data routing.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for automation initiatives (e.g., ROI, cycle time reduction, error rate, compliance adherence); provide regular gap analyses and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security considerations are embedded in automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT to deploy, operate, and monitor automation runtimes in on-premises and cloud environments as needed.
  • Build, test, and maintain automated tests and runbooks; participate in incident management and change control processes.
  • Provide mentorship or knowledge transfer to IT and business users; contribute to center of excellence (CoE) activities if applicable.
  • Stay current with evolving RPA and AI/LLM trends, evaluating new tools and approaches for potential adoption.

Who Are We Looking For:

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years in RPA development and operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with UiPath and hands-on experience building automated workflows.
  • Intermediate AI/LLM capabilities: experience with model integration, prompt design, evaluation, and practical use cases (e.g., document processing, NLP, data extraction, classification).
  • Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation enhancements and integration.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, data formats (JSON, XML), and data transformation.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in automation.
