Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Taking over the global "Change the Business" activities within Customer Service.
- Building an international team to manage all internal and external change requests related to Customer Service.
- Optimizing and developing CS tools and GUIs in collaboration with global Chief Product Owners and CS Country Leads.
- Supporting RFI and RFP requests in the Customer Service area.
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and defining new CS services aimed at revenue growth.
- Supporting and advancing initiatives in Robotics and AI to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Leading the Customer Service Front Office Team, consisting of several employees.
- Ensuring smooth operations for all Contact Center inquiries and customer concerns.
Who Are We Looking For

- University degree, preferably with a focus on banking or finance
- Ideally management experience
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills and service orientation
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking and working mehtod
- Organizational skills and prioritization of tasks
- Confident demeanor and strong solution orientation
- Reliability, commitment and a high sense of responsibility
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
