The Opportunity
Become a key part of our Risk Management Operations (RMO) team in České Budějovice and help ensure that every new e-shop client joins GoPay with a clean slate.
As a Pre-boarding Specialist, you will take full ownership of all formal requirements—from verifying the merchant’s identity to making sure every legal obligation is met—before any contract is signed. Your role also includes a thorough audit of the e-shop itself: you will review the website, business model and payment flows to confirm they meet our internal and external standards.
When you encounter a tougher case, you won’t be on your own; working closely with your RMO colleagues, you’ll crack every risk-related nut together. You will also stay in daily contact with the Sales team, providing fast and precise feedback so the entire process runs smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
We will train you in everything you need—full support and know-how are guaranteed from day one.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Checking documents and requirements for merchants
- Auditing e-shops
- Solving complex cases with the RMO team
- Providing quick feedback to the sales department
- Recording inspection results in the system
- Participating in process improvement
Who Are We Looking For

- Good communication skills, ability to clearly explain findings to the sales team.
- Independence and teamwork, decisiveness in addressing risks.
- Resilience to pressure, ability to prioritize tasks and follow through.
- Suitable for graduates; experience welcome but not required.
- Fluent in Czech.
- Experience with MS Office is preferred.
