The opportunity

As a Business Analyst  you will be part of a project organization working with a variety of projects related to our payment and financial services products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of optimizing processes and systems for productivity and stakeholder satisfaction and be able to demonstrate exceptional process analysis and solution design skills and expertise.   

Day-to-day responsibilities

Collect requirements from key stakeholders and identify business needs 
•  Create and maintain documentation, such as requirements specifications and user stories. 
•  Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

•  Develop and propose process improvements or workflow changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. 
•  Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users. 
•  Create and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. 
•  Collaborate with technical teams to develop business solutions that align with requirements. 
•  Test and validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet defined performance objectives and user needs. 

Who are we looking for

•  Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field 
•  5+ years of business analyst experience in a payment / financial services environment 
•  Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery 
•  Excellent in writing requirements specifications and user stories 
•  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically 
•  Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
