The Opportunity

 

You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that is maintaining the platform architecture consistency, define standards and consistent approach for new projects, to support these projects and to build and assure the evolutions of platform infrastructure & services.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Support new customer projects and existing customers on the platform
  • Assure the evolution of the platform as per internal strategy, regulation and security standard
  • Coordinate releases and changes in all test and production environments
  • Ensure support level 2 and 3 on production incidents and problems
  • Ensure and report SLA for our customers and business continuity
  • Coordinate some of the platform and technical evolution projects as per internal strategy, regulation and security standard, business continuity requirement
  • Ensure SLA to our customers, define and set-up SLA collection tooling
  • Support E2E incident and problem resolutions
  • Participate to change management process improvements, evolutions and automation. Manage some of the related projects.
  • In relationship with all stakeholders involved: Solution development teams, E2E test team, production support team, Customer Project teams, management, change and release  managers.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • At least 5 yers experience profile, with broad technical skills (java application development and production support, db, system, network, security) ideally in Cloud based infrastructure, and strong experiences in development and production/platform management and/or integration
  • Good communication and facilitator skills
  • Experience in project management required
  • Good knowledge on ITIL release and incident management processes
  • Languages: fluent in English
  • Supportive, positive, persistent, empath
