Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

 

  • Coordinate new regulatory reporting projects: scoping and implementation of new reporting requirements.
  • Implement changes to relevant EU wide payment legislation and ensure correct interpretation and implementation.
  • Effective stakeholder communication: collaborate with internal teams to clear all data and information requirements.
  • Data collection and analysis: timely collection of transaction data from relevant teams and analysis of discrepancies.
  • Document and keep up-to-date the reporting procedure.
  • Prioritize, prepare and submit all applicable reports in a timely manner, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Own  and keep track of the overall reporting requirement overview, communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take ownership for process improvement: pursue simplification, standardization and automation of reports.
  • Risk assessment: accurately assign and manage reporting related risks and communicate with senior management.
  • Training: provide coaching and training to internal teams and facilitate awareness of reporting obligations.
  • Assessment and re-calibration of specialized reporting tools and monitoring of technical developments.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

  • Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Finance/Banking or Audit
  • Experience with regulatory reporting
  • Knowledge of payment industry
  • Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
  • You possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in a shared service center environment, accounting, or financial area would be a plus
  • Willingness to learn and broaden your knowledge
  • Your English is at very good level (C1)
