Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Identify, assess and implement applicable CESOP reporting data requirements on behalf Worldline entities.
• Impact analysis of applicable EU legislation, including local legal transpositions of EU Directives (EU 2020/ 284 etc.).
• Mapping the scope of the obligations applicable to Worldline entities, considering types of services and location.
• Develop methodology to analyse very large data sets and identifying payment transactions in scope.
• Establish submission mechanisms to relevant Tax authorities.
• Coordinate test file and re-submissions, data corrections and managing communication with competent authorities.
• Development of new best practice work routines, data retention process and alignment with Worldline internal control framework.
• Validate completeness of data and correct application of technical requirements (XML schema).

Who Are We Looking For

• Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance/Banking or Audit
• Experience with regulatory reporting
• Knowledge of payment industry
• Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
• You possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in a shared service center environment, accounting, or financial area would be a plus
• Willingness to learn and broaden your knowledge
• Your English is at very good level (C1)
