As a Product Marketing Manager at Worldline, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer interactions value proposition, with key responsibilities including the development and implementation of robust marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of our products, both internally and across multiple European markets.

 

You will influence the entire lifecycle of your products, from conducting market analysis to working with product teams to identify, design and lead go-to-market strategies for your products across multiple countries.

 

Additionally, you will also be leading the topics on competitions matters, to ensure we always have an excellent understanding of our competitor’s activities.

 

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

 

  • Understand the market:  have a deep understanding of the market landscape in which our product operates by conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Translate market and competitive insights into actionable strategies for product differentiation strategies.
  • Improve the customer feedback loop to ensure valuable insights are incorporated into the product roadmaps for continuous improvement.

 

  • Execute go-to-market strategies: translate the product vision into product marketing strategies to address specific markets.
  • Conduct market segmentation exercises to tailor strategic approaches to each target industry segment.
  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives to ensure the successful launch of new features or products.

 

  • Create compelling collateral: develop attractive sales materials that demonstrate the value of our products to different industries and personas.
  • Create sales pitches to promote our products (customer presentation, brochure, video, webinars, etc.)
  • Create an editorial plan to produce expert content for our marketing campaigns (white papers, blog articles, social media posts, etc.)

 

  • Internal enablement : work with Sales and Biz Dev teams to develop training materials and internal awareness around our products.
  • Regularly update our SharePoint product pages
  • Create sales and biz dev specific training materials
  • Regular communication on new products (product release, Internal newsletter and SharePoint)
