Reporting to the Finance transformation controlling manager, your role will be to interact with GMU controllers, Group controlling, Group Transformation team and IT teams to strengthen Controlling position, by increasing the velocity of business decision making.

You will improve the design and ongoing management of robust financial analysis, reporting and governance processes for the controlling area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You handled projects to optimize time and efficiency of our controlling team (>250 people o/w 40 in Bucharest)
• You elaborate the controlling functional specifications together with finance and business teams of the different majors projects
• Support the roll-out of our targeted ERP Nessie
• Support the data analytics projects
• Support the deployment of an EPM
• Support the roll-out of SAP/4 Hana to come in 2025
• Deployment of product P&L
• Deployment of new organization (analytical structure)

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• You have a Master degree in accounting, finance, business management, economics
• You have profound experience in a controlling, audit positions or as Corporate finance specialist (>15 years)
• You already managed EPM tool implementation
• You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the and ability to make conclusive summary
• Good time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of SAP and BI tool
• Your English is at very good level
