Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Prepare and analyze data for our Working Capital initiatives
• Responsible of management and participation on weekly and monthly review calls with different entities
• Develop and implement financial reporting systems to align with government regulations and legislation
• Participate in budgeting processes for Overdue, Work in Process and Terminal Inventory
• Supervise all financial transactions to have them accurately recorded, filed, and reported
• Run monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
• Conclude financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Maintain close relationships with all stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance (preferably Controlling)
• Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
• You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, and pay attention to details
• Knowledge of working in SAP, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and MS Power BI
• Strong communication skills, able to lead discussions
• Relevant experience in a shared service center environment, accounting, or financial area would be a plus
• Relevant experience in working with international teams from different countries would be a plus
• Full professional fluency in English
