Your expertise in the schemes and payments landscape will ensure we are best positioned to support our internal and external customers and their changing needs.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

 

  • Schemes users management
  • Provide accurate reporting services for operational as well a management purposes
  • Maintain the Card Scheme Compliance Policy and Procedure
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the relevant schemes and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor implementation of mandatory requirements in collaboration with the organization
  • Manage relationships within Schemes, service providers and internal teams to drive schemes compliance – managing risks, supporting new products and solving issues.
  • Collaborate with the product management, operations and sales organizations to support the schemes and the Worldline organization with product, marketing and sales activities
  • Maintain our tools updated

  • A good  know-how of the payments industry, scheme compliance knowledge or previous scheme management experience
  • Technical experience like Business analyst
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to convey complex issues to cross-functional audiences as well as good presentation skills
  • Proven track record in relationship management or business development, ideally in the payments or financial services industry
  • You know the drill of working cross-country and -continent with cross-cultural teams
  • A team player with an amicable personality and positive attitude
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are decisive and taking the required decisions comes naturally to you
  • Effective collaborator who wants to add value for the business
  • Fluency in English required (including specifically at the technical business level)
  • French is recommended
