    The Opportunity

     

    The T&E Processing Intern will support the Travel & Expenses team with basic validation and administrative tasks related to employees’ expense reports. This role is designed to help the intern develop foundational knowledge in financial processes, gain exposure to corporate systems, and learn how T&E procedures function in an international environment.

     

     Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

     

    • Assist in reviewing employees’ travel and expense reports under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Check supporting documents (receipts, invoices, tickets) for completeness and accuracy.
    • Help prepare simple reports or summaries related to T&E activities.
    • Flag potential discrepancies and communicate them to a Senior colleague or to the team leader.
    • Provide basic support to employees with questions about the T&E submission process.
    • Learn to work with internal systems (e.g., Concur, SAP).
    • Participate in team meetings, process trainings, and improvement initiatives.

     

    Who Are We Looking For

     

    • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
    • Basic understanding of financial or administrative processes is an advantage.
    • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Basic Excel knowledge.
    • English – intermediate level.
    • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
    • Curiosity and motivation to develop in a finance or operations environment.
    • Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions.
    • Proactive attitude and desire to understand processes end-to-end.
