The Opportunity
In this role you will have a lot of freedom, initiate or drive transfer pricing projects that are aligned with Worldline's growth and tax & transfer pricing strategy. Reporting to the Transfer Pricing Manager, this role is part of our Group Tax Team. You will work closely with your colleagues in other tax areas and partner up with Finance and the broader business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage Transfer Pricing compliance obligations (Local Files / other Local Transfer pricing obligations).
- Centralize Transfer Pricing documentation by using Transfer Pricing Tool.
- Support on of IC transactions and IC contracts (for example GSA / TMF).
- Automate manual tasks to ensure the transfer pricing function (incl. related compliance) is as efficient as possible.
- Serve as a point of contact for transfer pricing matters for designated countries.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Background in Tax or Accounting, expert level skills in Excel
- Minimum of 5 years (medior) experience in Transfer Pricing / Tax
- Passionate about transfer pricing and love to share your knowledge in a simple and non-complex way with non-tax colleagues.
- Hands-on and not afraid of diving into the numbers yourself.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate tax into practical and scalable business solutions.
- Mindset of constantly improving, automating and scaling.
- Team player and gain a lot of energy from working together with a broad group of colleagues to achieve Worldline’s goals.
- In-house experience or experience at a regulated financial institution is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
