The opportunity
- Role: Test Analyst
- Department: T&O/ ACAS / IMAC SRE A
- Purpose: Join a collaborative, globally distributed team responsible for innovating and sustaining the centralized IAM solution. Focus on onboarding apps, enhancing IAM tooling, automating workflows, advanced troubleshooting, and SW upgrade/patching. The Test Analyst supports the SRE team in meeting delivery objectives, closing security gaps, and maintaining excellent operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Actively participating in SRE activities : daily stand up, retrospective, refining backlog, sprint review, planning and delivering sprint goals
- Testing the new features/ enhancements / automation on the IAM tool along with proper documentation
- Proactively preparing test plans and test use cases
- Properly documenting findings and test results to be used by wide range of audiences like Developers, Auditors, Stakeholders etc.
- Actively working with fellow colleagues within SRE team to ensure timely and quality delivery of objectives including Architects, and Engineers
- Proactively make recommendation(s) for improvements in the tools
- Proactively sharing knowledge and assisting fellow (junior) colleagues as and when needed; including knowledge sharing via various channels / tech forums etc.
Who are we looking for
- Experience: 1-3 years in software testing or QA, with exposure to SRE/Agile environments.
- Communication: Strong English proficiency (written and spoken); ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Self-directed yet a team player; comfortable working with global teams across functional and technical areas.
- Mindset: Proactive, responsible, good listener, innovative, eager to learn; strong analytical attention to detail.
Must-haves:

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SRE ways of working.
- Experience in preparing test plans and test cases; documenting test results, reports, and defects.
- Experience with Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to run, test, and analyze outputs of delivered scripts.
Nice-to-haves:
-
- Experience with one or more test automation tools (e.g., Robot Framework, HP UFT, Selenium).
- Beginner scripting experience (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of CICD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., RSA IGL, SailPoint IIQ, Okta, Saviynt IGA, Micro Focus).
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho Data Integration).
- Linux (Red Hat) experience.
- Knowledge of user stores (LDAP/AD) and data stores (SQL).
- Tools: LDAP Browser, SQL Developer; JIRA.
