The Opportunity

 

Working at an international team to guarantee the reliability and robustness of productive services based on cloud technology. The team is part of a DevOps structure, supporting all needs of responsible Squads.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • You are responsible for a functioning Support (1st level support) in operations. This will cover all staging steps from QA, PeProd to Production.
  • Additional “on call services” will be possible as an extra contract.
  • You are recognizing, classifying and implementing measures to resolve general disturbances.
  • You are expertly processing and reporting all customer faults and inquiries.
  • You are able to advance to a 2nd-level support and forward customer inquiries to the appropriate department if needed.

  • You can understand a support cloud technologies.
  • You've got substantial knowledge in Linux, network and database technologies.

  • Excellent in understanding the “full picture” and analyze blocking points.
