The Opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the quality and speed of service delivery across our infrastructure platforms. You will ensure service availability with minimal risk, prioritizing automation and the predictability of changes and deployments. As a member of a DevOps squad, you will automate processes, monitor system health, and proactively address incidents while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service reliability across application, infrastructure, and dependencies; ensure SLAs/SLOs are met.
- Lead release management and change control, including production deployments, installation/configuration/rollback, and CI/CD automation in compliance with regulations and service levels.
- Drive incident management and on-call readiness: lead response, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform post-mortems, and implement corrective actions.
- Run and operations focus: 2nd-line support, metrics analysis, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring with tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and PagerDuty; participate in on-call duties.
- Stakeholder management: propose service evolutions, partner with infrastructure as the voice of service delivery, translating business needs into reliable tech solutions.
- Tools and automation: maintain IaC (Terraform/Ansible), containerization (Kubernetes), monitoring stacks, and security/compliance processes to reduce manual toil and improve reliability.
Who Are We Looking For
- Bachelors degree in related field with at least 4 year of experience at similar position.
- Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills
- A team player that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a highly dynamic organization.
- Proficient in English, spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills and eye-to-detail
- Ability work independently with minimal supervision
- Hands on experience with working on Linux system
- Knowledge of using Oracle SQL or PostgreSQL databases
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms is a pré
