The Opportunity

 

Provide hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT infrastructure at the on-site location. Ensure high availability of workstations, peripherals, and local systems, delivering excellent service to staff and contractors.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers other end-user devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware failures, software issues, network connectivity, and printer problems; escalate to other teams when necessary.
  • Assist with network and telecom devices on-site (routers, switches, wireless access points) under guidance of remote IT Office Network staff.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and spare parts; track asset lifecycle
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on standard tools, security best practices, and self-service options.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system; follow ITIL-aligned processes where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with IT projects such as deployments, room licensing validation, and device replacements as directed.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  •  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or large office environment.
  • Strong Windows operating system troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM concepts.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WLAN, switches) and printer/ scanner troubleshooting.
  • Good communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
