The Opportunity

 

The Service Delivery Manager works within the Operations Acquiring & ATM teams. They are the first point of contact for the national and international Business Unit teams for all matters related to the delivery of services within their scope.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive services to our internal clients, the Business Units.
  • Ensure the operation of the Acquiring & ATM division's infrastructure and applications.
  • Monitor and lead the design and implementation of technical architectures and applications environments in collaboration with the Business Units and central architecture functions.
  • Provide the national and international Business Unit teams with the benefit of our technical expertise acquired by leveraging their solutions. 
  • Develops and regularly reviews OLAs & SLAs
  • Follows these OLA’s & SLA’s, both operational and in the areas of Security or compliance with standards applicable to the areas of authentication and payments.
  • Manages the local CAB at GBL and ensures that Changes are properly validated by national or international governance bodies when necessary.
  • Manages incidents and problems within the scope for which he/she is responsible, particularly through the IPAB.

  • Knowledge of the French language will be an advantage.
  • Initiative and decision-making in tense situations, immediately in the event of an incident or in the long term to meet schedules, will be necessary.
  • General technical knowledge of IT in the areas of networks, systems, databases and middleware will be necessary to be a relevant contact for technical teams.
  • Developed knowledge of ITIL and general project management will also be necessary tools to succeed in the position.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have knowledge in the field of electronic payments and the standards that apply to them.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
