Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of the chapter’s services
- Supporting the chapter leader in managing a large, disparate team and delivering multiple services for its various customer projects
- Training and coaching team members to support their personal development
- Support the team to ensure Worldline meets the goals and expectations of its customers
- Provide accurate and timely communication to all applicable parties on any customer project issue
- Attend regular team and project meetings
- Monitor team performance to ensure the proper delivery of the project tasks
- Build and send updated reports to the management team (chapter, area leads etc.) as required
- Handle, monitor, coordinate and manage all escalated cases
- Proactively propose improvement plans where gaps are noticed
Who Are We Looking For

- Strong service delivery experience including managing multiple services
- Team lead experience for supporting organisational as well as project tasks
- Experience as a Scrum Master coaching international, agile project teams
- Strong organizational, planning, leadership and management skills with a confident and professional manner
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Excellent soft skills, including conflict resolution, influence and negotiation skills
- Experience using the collaboration tools Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to self-development and the development of others
- Cloud software project experience is a plus
- Background in financial sector is a plus
- Background in project management is a plus
- You are team oriented but can also work independently
- You demonstrate a high degree of independence and self-motivation
- You stay up to date with new technologies and systems and can quickly learn about them
- You communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
- You collaborate clearly with colleagues and to customers according to their technical skill level.
