The Opportunity
IMAC Support team is a CLS single point of contact for problems encountered around identity and access management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The team activity revolves around but is not limited to:
- Identity and Role Clean-up (accounts clean-up, duplicate identities, missing attributes, etc)
- Account reconciliation (Online and offline reconciliation,
- User management: Creating changes and deletes user accounts, which are linked to internal staff members and external customers via user profiles/roles
- Access reviews - definition preparation, review result validation and run (communication with managers/push to complete)
- Access validation: Validating specific user accounts or access rights
- Offline application file allocation and onboarding
- Raise bugs and stories to improve the tools based on the daily activities
Who Are We Looking For
To meet our expectations, we need an internal resource aligned with CLS IAM/Data Governance objectives, whose missions and skills will be:
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, with emphasis on pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and governance mindset
- Analytical thinking with ability to translate business needs into data-driven actions
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with managers and cross-functional teams
- Collaborative, proactive, and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain compliance with security and privacy standards
