The opportunity

Worldline is seeking a Senior Pentest Administrator and experienced organizer to join our Cyber Controls & Pentesting team based in Europe. In this role, you will orchestrate our international offensive security operations, managing penetration testing campaigns, red team exercises, and bug bounty programs across multiple regions. You'll ensure the delivery of comprehensive security assessments while maintaining alignment with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and regulatory frameworks.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Be part of an international team finding vulnerabilities & threats before someone else finds them for us
• Organize penetration tests with our external suppliers and internal teams across all countries worldwide
• Act as an active member regarding offensive security activities performed internally and externally
• Participate in security investigations and threat analysis activities within the Cyber Controls scope
• Provide security support for the technical and organizational aspects of pentest operations
• Participate in international alignment and standardization workshops for pentest methodologies
• Create and maintain process descriptions, documentation, and KPIs for pentest organization
• Support and participate in audits by providing information, reports, and comprehensive documentation
• Implement and work with complex security tools best on the market for pentest execution and management
• Deliver security testing services for the company across all countries and provide support to our CERT

Who are we looking for

• Security knowledge and understanding of systems, networks, and common vulnerabilities relevant to offensive security testing
• Fluent in English (talking and writing as we are an international team)
• Communication skills and ability to deal with people and manage supplier relationships
• Network knowledge and understanding of infrastructure and system architectures
• Vulnerability knowledge and understanding of common attack scenarios and defensive bypass techniques
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, from CISO to technical teams to external suppliers
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and manage multiple pentest campaigns simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage complex supplier relationships
• Certification in offensive security (OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or equivalent pentest methodology certification)
• Experience in managing pentest suppliers and coordinating external security services
• Experience organizing bug bounty programs and managing public disclosure processes; financial services, payments, or PCI-DSS regulated environments
• Knowledge of pentest tools and frameworks (Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.) and testing methodologies
