The Opportunity

We are looking for Developer/Engineer to produce scalable software solutions in the Payments Domain. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

 Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• You are responsible for Identity and Access Management,
• You are responsible for performing technical impact analysis,
• You will have to understand the existing code/configuration/functionalities/business process/flows of product,
• You will perform effort estimation, develop code, change configuration,
• You will be responsible for unit testing, support integration/UAT/LuP testing
• You will write documentation [technical and functional] and be involved in support, support during go live.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. With a mix of the soft and technical skills as described further on.   

• S.r. Java developer, with 5+ years of work experience in JAVA 8+.(Network security settings experience a +, and also good knowledge of OWASP)
• Experience working with cryptographic (TLS, LDAP, and preferable OAUTH 2)
• Experience of working with Identity and Access Mgmt systems in the past
• KeyCloak experiences from the past would be good
• Strong experience in DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline
• Same resource do requirement break down, development, testing (Not own code), production deploy, and 24/7 support. (flexible to work in any shift in 24/7 roaster)
• Experience in any database technologies such Oracle (preferred), PostGres, NoSQL database. Also data modelling and writing complex SQLs.
• Need to be self going. Tasks are given on high level, and person is then expected to drive task to completion. With support of rest of the team!
• Strong experience in J2EE concepts, EJBs and any one of application server such as JBoss, WebSphere
• Ability to unit test and write secure efficient code
• Strong grasp of software design principles and patterns
• Strong experience with iterative delivery using scrum/Kanban/SAFe
• Experience in enterprise web platform development with high volume and transactions.
• Strong experience in integration concepts – API design, REST and SOAP principles, message based mechanism, authentication and authorisation models
• Experience in tools such as Git, Maven, JIRA, confluence etc.
• Product based mindset to software development
• Demonstrate ability to solve complex problems, think creatively with attention to detail
• Experience with Springboot, microservices, cloud, SQL database persistence framework like JPA, Hibernate, OWASP security principles & PCA/DSS standards
• Good grasp of security best practices
• Understanding of domestic and cross border payments concepts Ex: SEPA and SWIFT (Would be an added advantage)
• Ability to make decision, provide direction, manage stakeholders, influence outcome,  identify risks/issues, manage technology debts, share knowledge, collaborate, create content, and mentor junior developers
