The Opportunity

 

The Core Foundation & Integration Tribe (CFI) implements and delivers the Issuing core applications, from Card Issuing lifecycle to Transactions clearing & settlement. With over 150 million cards and 1.16 billion monthly transactions, our platforms operate at the forefront of capacity and performance.

 

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Financial Services team of 5-10 professionals. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Perform functional analysis to provide specifications based on requirements
  • Analyze business processes and translate business needs into functional requirements for IT solutions
  • Create detailed documentation for product features and user requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize business requirements
  • Serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet organizational needs

  • Business analysis experience in the payment sector
  • Excellent communication skills and coordination abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience in reporting

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Experience with database management and cloud-based technologies
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1)
