The Opportunity

The team is participating to the Worldline group inside the CERT and organizing the mandatory security pentest, ddos test, bug bounty, Redteam organization. Goal of the pentest team is to provide the services for the company for all countries. And we want you to be part of it!

Your objectives will be divided in multiple domains but mainly focus on the ability to plan and organize with our external suppliers and our internal teams the regular and mandatory security pentest. Organizational, technical skills and communication are key!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Coach and support Scrum Teams to work in an agile, self-organizing way and apply Scrum values.
• Facilitate Scrum events and help the team define, refine, and maintain their Sprint and Product Backlogs.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to keep backlog items clear, ordered, and up to date.
• Remove impediments and ensure sprint goals are well defined, tracked, and reviewed.
• Promote Scrum practices across the organization and collaborate with other Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, experiments, and the use of empiricism and DORA metrics.
• Act as a link between project management, release management, and the Scrum Team.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments 
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification with proven track record of successful agile transformations 
• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex software systems and technical discussions 
• Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams 
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in fast-paced environments Higher education (university degree or equivalent) 
• Experience as in other methods like Kanban, XP, DevOps 
• Proactive, independent and solution-focus working style 
• Open-minded personality, team-player with interpersonal and conflict solving skills 
• For you Agility is a passion, not only a framework or process 
• Beneficial, but not mandatory: you have experience with Scaled Agile approaches such as LeSS or SAFe 
• You are highly motivated to design with us the next steps moving towards DevOps 

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (French would be a plus)
