The Opportunity

Working in the Open Banking department, you will be part of the team in charge of the SEPA Payment Suite application, designed and hosted by Worldline. Our team is responsible for monitoring our customers' Build & Run projects (mainly large banking customers), and for delivering and maintaining applications in operational conditions (change management, incident management, etc.).

You'll be part of a dynamic project team operating in an international context, offering new technologies and innovative uses to our customers. You will participate in the continuous improvement of services in a context of DevOps transformation. You will participate to the migration ot the legacy infrastructure to the public GCP cloud.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

You will be integrated into our Operation Team to manage our infractuctures :

• Database management : MySQL administration, optimization, backup/restore, replication, security
• System Administration: Linux (RHEL) - administration, performance tuning, security hardening
• Cloud & IaC: Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM), Terraform on GCP (primary), Cloud knowledge, Infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, File transfer protocol knowledge
• Scripting: Bash, Groovy, workflow automation
• Networking: TCP/IP routing, DNS/DHCP, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, troubleshooting
• Monitoring: Implementation and management of monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Grafana), alerting, SLA tracking
• Security: SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management, PKI infrastructure, compliance
• Support: L2/L3 technical support, incident management, documentation
• Strategy: Technology obsolescence management, migration planning, system modernization

An initial one-month skills-building phase will enable you to discover our challenges, technologies and tools. The whole team will guide you through this phase, giving you an insight into our working methods and processes.

Who Are We Looking For

• Profile: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Infrastructure
• Mindset: Autonomous, solution-oriented, team player
• You are an expert in managing infrasctructures : database, system, networking, scripting, monitoring
• You’re experienced in GCP environment : Cloud run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Armor, Compute engine, etc.
• You know how to manage changes and incident
• Ability to analyze and formalize requirements
• Motivated and passionate about customer issues
• Good organizational skills and autonomy in problem-solving
• Fluency in English, French language is a plus
