Who we are
Worldline helps businesses of all shapes and sizes to accelerate their growth journey - quickly, simply, and securely. We are the innovators at the heart of the payments technology industry, shaping how the world pays and gets paid. Our technology powers the growth of millions of businesses across 5 continents. And just as we help our customers accelerate their business, we are committed to helping our people accelerate their careers. Together, we shape the evolution.
The opportunity
Context
Worldline delivers payment and transaction services that thousands of banks, merchants, and millions of end-users rely on every single day. The stability and resilience of these services are not optional, they are fundamental to the trust our clients place in us and to the smooth functioning of the financial systems we support.
You will join the Stability, Resilience & Reporting (S2R) function, part of IT Operations within Technology & Operations. S2R is a strategic oversight function whose mission is to identify and eliminate the systemic problems that threaten service stability, and to become the organization’s single source of truth for performance reporting.
Rather than reacting to isolated incidents, S2R looks across the whole landscape, hunting for patterns, challenging findings with facts, escalating blockers and driving accountability up to the chain. It combines transverse oversight, escalation authority, and data-driven transformation to continuously strengthen the resilience of the organization.
About the Role
As Resilience Monitoring & Reporting Expert, you will be at the heart of this mission. You will transform the oversight of incidents and problems into a data-driven discipline, and turn raw operational data into live, actionable insight through one trusted, centralized reporting capability. Because reporting is only as trustworthy as the data behind it, you will also safeguard the quality of the underlying data, ensuring the KPIs we publish can be relied upon with confidence.
You will operate in a highly transversal, cross-functional environment, working closely with platform managers, operational teams, and the network of staff responsible. Your work will directly support the delivery of tiered reporting, from executive cockpits down to operational drill-downs, all built on one trusted source of truth. You will also contribute to laying the groundwork for future advanced capabilities such as modelling, predictive analysis, and near-real-time monitoring. As the function evolves toward more proactive insight, you will also help us explore and leverage AI to work smarter, especially for reporting automation.
This is a role for someone who thrives on connecting the dots, challenging the status quo with evidence, and building the data foundations that keep critical services stable and resilient.
