The Opportunity
The Push offering encompasses all personalized communication challenges for numerous Worldline clients (approximately 50 clients from various sectors), delivering hundreds of millions of messages annually to their end users. This offering is the result of over 10 years of experience in customer communication and technological intelligence, based on a proven and industrial product.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As Technical Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager :
- You will be the technical and functional reference for a portfolio of clients.
- You will be at the heart of client relationships and will be responsible for ensuring deliverable quality while guaranteeing commitment fulfillment.
- You will also participate in daily operations to ensure proper functioning of production services.
- Be the main point of contact for clients while ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Understand their needs and translate these requirements into appropriate solutions which could lead to a commercial proposal to implement the solution according to the requirements.
- Have good knowledge of infrastructure operations and technical environments.
- Know the various technical environments implemented within projects.
- Be able to qualify selected and implemented technical solutions.
- Participate in the technical and functional evolution of the product.
- Ensure clients relationship quality and maintain their trust.
- Support clients interest daily with constant focus on satisfaction.
- Ensure effective, formalized, and traceable communication with all stakeholders.
- Participate in daily production service monitoring to verify there are no incidents.
- In case of incident, manage it end-to-end until permanent resolution, following appropriate procedures.
- Ensure compliance with commitments regarding costs, deadlines, and operational reliability, working closely with operational teams.
- Master the entire lifecycle of production applications by implementing adequate processes.
- Ensure application supervision and monitoring.
- Anticipate production changes and organize obsolescence projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (infrastructure team, client, product support, etc.) to ensure proper application management.
- Prepare and lead steering committees, providing progress reports to the clients and relevant analyses for project monitoring.
- Ensure quality of produced deliverables (technical and functional specifications, developments, documentation, etc.), ensuring they meet high company standards.
- Contribute to project management while fulfilling associated missions and ensuring coordination between stakeholders.
Who Are We Looking For

- French proficiency required (oral and written)
- English is a plus.
- IT experience, understanding of technical environments,
- Ability to solve complex problems,
- Knowledge of deployment practices and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of public Cloud, particularly GCP, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills,
- Ability to work in a team, curious.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
