The Opportunity
We are seeking an autonomous, meticulous and organized Project Manager to manage clients accounts and their projects.
The mission also include customer services with the DSCB solution and as a backup for trust authentication(TA) solution.
The DS-CB is the central component responsible for routing 3-D Secure CB flows. It manages directing and orchestrating transactions between different stakeholders based on reference data and protocol versions. A back office system exists to oversee configuration management activities.
The TA solution is a multi use cases, multi device solution to authenticate on multiple use cases.
As a projet manager, you’ll have direct contact with several clients, you’ll manage their specific modern projects and you’ll be in charge of all customer services actions, from analysis to billing, through a lot of communication.
As a customer service manager, you'll have to communicate any change to the client, prepare and animate mettings, manage billing and SLAs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You guarantee Worldline's services to the client within the framework of project activities and in the execution of the contract (Run service).
- You have an overall functional knowledge of the product and rely on the Product Owners to deepen customer requests.
- You have a perfect understanding of the contract: the service agreement, the financial elements, the reversibility conditions, the QAP, etc.
- You supervise and defend the quality of services provided by Worldline teams (product QoS, customer acceptance support, production, etc.).
- You onboard projects with clients : new fonctionalities, propect, product configuration...until delivery
- You are in charge of client communication, billing and SLAs each month

- You've got knowledge about contracts, financials, project tools
- Ability to lead meetings

- Excellent communication skills, you like working in team and be of support
- You speak French and English
- At least 1 year of experience in project management
