The opportunity
Within Financial Processing/Issuing Processing division, Platform Foundation area deploy and manage overall the new cloud-based platforms for our customers.
This include :
- Build and evolutions of platform infrastructure & services, based on GCP & Private Cloud
- Support new customer projects & existing customers on the platform
- Provide solution, tooling & automation to internal DevOps squads
- Make evolve the platform as per internal strategy, regulation & security standard
In this area, Performance & Reliability squad provide solutions, tooling & support to secure current & prepare future production portfolio, in term of volumetry, stability, robustness, tolerance to fault, security & regulation constraints.
Day-to-day responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Squad Lead Performance & Reliability are :
- Animate a squad composed of 6 (to-date) DevOps engineer, specialist in software and platform performance, reliability & observability
- Define and prioritize backlog with other squad leads & experts. Identify solution, platform & tooling improvements
- Coordinate improvements plan deployment at platform & software level
- Provide performance & robustness test platforms & tooling to developers & non-functional requirement testers
- Improve observability on platforms performance & reliability, implement new approach to improve issues detection & anticipation.
- Support production performance & reliability incident & issue resolution
- Identify solutions at software & platform level to implement security standard, support DevOps & Operation team in penetration tests, vulnerability management
- In relationship with all stakeholders involved: Solution development teams, E2E test teams, operations team, Cyber Defense Center, Customer Project teams, management, change & release managers, …
Who are we looking for
- Broad technical skills (java application development, production support, db, system, network, security) in Cloud based infrastructure, ideally GCP & AWS, and strong experiences in DevOps
- Solutions & tooling : Kubernetes, Linux, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MQ, Kafka, Dynatrace, Loki/Prometheus/Grafana, gitlab-ci, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible
- Leadership & team coordination. Experience in Agile Scrum is a plus.
- Good communication and facilitator skills
- Experience in technical project management required
- Languages: fluent in English
