The Opportunity
This is a key position supporting the Finance Business Operation team. The Group Intermediation Review Accountant will be responsible for Intermediation Accounting for Client Funds Handling on the strategic target processing platforms and dealing with diverse payment flows for Worldline European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures. As a Group Intermediation Review Accountant, you will be solving real business problems. You will use your accounting education to provide accurate data for your company — data that will be used in decision-making.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Guarantee the watertightness of the payment flows running on the strategic target platforms through set-up of efficient accounting and excellent reconciliations

Participation of transversal reconciliation and improvement process

Assist in analysing the impact of incidents (incident management) and follow up any changes to avoid recurrence

Perform extensive analysis and propose the needed actions to ensure consistency and accuracy of activities for the intermediation accounting activities for all Worldline entities

Performing month/quarterly/annual closure activities in accordance with agreed group/local

Collaborate you other departments as required

Educational background in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Audit

3+ year of professional experience in Finance, Banking or Audit

Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines

You possess analytical and problem-solving skills

Your English is at very good level, any other language would be a plus

Ability to work independently & collaboratively, open-minded, and proactive attitude
