The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Develop new modules or services to improve Worldline’s velocity and innovation
• Integrate and promote development best practices and guidelines in our environment that can be followed by NRE teams
• Develop, configure and enhance our automation stack and our CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate unitary tests in your CI/CD piplelines in order to improve efficiency and velocity in core releases
• Collaborate and share with all our stakeholders in the organization.
• Support NRE members to put in production the code using automation and CI/CD
• Manage, innovate, and create Shared services and tooling that continuously improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Worldline
• Work cross-functionally to build fast, reliable, and resilient production coding
• Create Documentation that every NRE member can use, improve and share. Technical documentation and user documentation.
• Secure our coding, obviously in the payment industry security is must and should be taken into account from the very beginning

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Minimum of 5 years of python coding in production environments
• Having a knowledge in Network protocols and standards (TCP/IP, BGP, VPN, DNS, Firewall, Load-Balancer)
• Expert in Python programming using advanced frameworks (Flask, Django)
• Experienced in API programming to align with our “API first” strategy and web development (HTML, CSS, JS…)
• Expertise in AI for coding usage to leverage AI to produce coherent and reusable code (NRE module catalog)
• Experience with Linux ( Red Hat / CentOS ) and source version control like Git, GitLab, , GIT flows and CICD
• Used to work with Terraform (we aim that all pieces of infra is defined with code)
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and mindset (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform) and security standards (PCI-DSS,...)
• Excellent communication skills in English
