The opportunity

Within the Digital Security Suite perimeter, we develop solutions to secure web and mobile applications by building libraries/SDKs and methods that ensure a high level of resistance to software attacks. More specifically, this mission involves optimising and maintaining the “Black and White” product infrastructure through development, evolutionary maintenance and innovation, while ensuring a high level of security and integrity of the product at all times.

The Black and White product consists of an Android SDK and an iOS SDK, each containing several components:

• A detection engine designed to ensure that the environment is secure when the application is launched and to detect intrusions during operation,

• A safe that protects sensitive data and persistent cryptographic keys,

• A secure channel that protects sensitive data and keys during transit,

• A set of cryptographic functions that enable standard operations (signatures, encryption, payment-specific cryptographic operations, etc.).

As cybersecurity is constantly evolving, this mission aims to continually improve the product's performance and security, so as to remain reactive, innovative and even ahead of technological developments on the market.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development of new features and the enhancement of existing code.

• Research and implement new detection methods on Android and iOS (Root/JailBreak, debugger, emulator, etc.).

• Research and implement new security features on Android and iOS.

• Research and propose ideas for internal innovation or innovation that benefits stakeholders.

• Be on the lookout for new developments in the field and new mobile attack tools.

• Write and execute unit, integration and functional tests to ensure the quality of developments.

• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.

• Working closely with our security experts to ensure the integrity of the solution.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and code quality (Merge Requests).

• Maintain the solution (bug fixes, log analysis support, performance monitoring).

• Respond to alerts and incidents to minimize downtime and resolve issues promptly.

• Identify and fix security vulnerabilities in the code and infrastructure.

• Work on benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of existing systems.

• Draft safety documentation related to our solutions.

Who are we looking for

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice, this means:

• You have 3 to 5 years’ experience experience in developing Android and iOS mobile projects, preferably in the field of security.

• You are skilled in C/C++, Java, Objective C and Python

• You are familiar with Git and GitLab

• You have knowledge in cryptography and code obfuscation techniques

• You have knowledge of continuous integration and testing tools

• You are fluent in English

• You are a cyber security enthusiast

• You are motivated by innovation topics (technical and functional)

• You have working experience with agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN, SCRUMBAN)

• You are a team player, enjoy collaborating and sharing your knowledge

• You can easily adapt to new situations, you are determined, curious and resourceful
